Our client is a boutique practice with a formidable reputation in civil fraud and commercial litigation for which it is highly ranked in the directories. it acts for governments, businesses, financial institutions and individuals on complex, often high profile cases. It seeks 2 associates (solicitor or barrister) at 4pqe to join the team either on a permanent basis or 1 year FTC. Excellent commercial litigation experience is essential, civil fraud and interim injunction experience is desirable. The firm is very successful and profitable and offers a superb remuneration package.
