Commercial / Tech Legal Counsel
Our client is a start up corporate in the regulatory tech space. It has a ground breaking product which it is bringing to market, and is already ahead of schedule in terms of development and funding. A Commercial lawyer at c1pqe+ is sough to assist the recently appointed Chief Legal Officer. Duties will include dealing with a variety of commercial contracts, particularly vendor agreements, client agreements and other tech focused contracts, and also some support to the compliance team. Applicants can be from ih or pp and should have a keen commercial focus and a proactive approach. This is a key hire in an exciting fast paced business with huge potential. Salary c£80-90k plus bonus and benefits.
