IP LITIGATION 3-5 PQE (ADVISING CLIENTS IN THE CREATIVE INDUSTRIES)

The firm are particularly noted for advising clients in industries spanning fast-moving consumer goods, telecoms, entertainment (including film, theatre and creative arts), publishing, digital services, engineering, electronics and fashion (including streaming platforms).

Clients come to the firm because they are specialists who understand their industries and advise on the full range of IP issues, dispute resolution and strategy. 

The team are keen to recruit a lawyer with a broad background in all kinds of IP disputes and litigation, (trade marks, designs and copyright), including litigation in the High Court and IPEC, IP Office proceedings, domain name disputes,  online enforcement and pre-dispute advisory work.

Ideally you will be between 3 to 5 years pqe , with a strong academic background and excellent, high quality training and experience. 

A close knit team with a wealth of experience servicing a superb client base, largely in the creative industries.
