Salary: £28,000 to £34,000
Contract: Full or Part Time, Permanent

If successful, you will perform the following role as a Litigation Executive:

* Running litigated, complex fast-track personal injury claims
* Dealing with admitted cases that are disputes
* Assess liability, obtain evidence, build litigation case and manage key stakeholders

* It is essential that you have previous experience working in personal injury law
* Experience at Paralegal or Legal Assistant level required
* Exposure to the MOJ or OIC portal desired
* Exposure to bike accident work is desired
