This is a leading Sports and Media Law Firm based in Manchester City Centre that work very closely with some of the largest and most well-known organizations, associations, clubs, players, athletes and agents both nationally and internationally. The firm are going through an exciting time of growth and development, and as such are looking to recruit a driven, ambitious and intelligent Commercial / Corporate Lawyer at 3 years minimum PQE. This role is based in Manchester city centre and offers a highly competitive package and hybrid working.

Your new role
This role will see you advising on a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters, including transactional work, M&A, corporate advisory, private equity, re-organizations, player transfer funding/finance/discounting transactions, club ownership related issues, general company secretarial matters, football transactional documentation, commercial rights agreements (including sponsorship, licensing, broadcast and other content exploitation), and general commercial contracts and advice. You will be required to work closely with the firm's partners on a range of high quality corporate and commercial matters to highly regarded and well-known sports and media clients. Ideally, you will have gained strong experience as a corporate lawyer in the UK.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this position, you must be a corporate or commercial lawyer at Associate or Senior Associate level, ideally at 3-7 PQE level, although applicants may be considered out of this level. You must have good experience working on a variety of corporate / commercial cases and experience advising on sports and media related matters is desirable, but not necessary.
