Our client is a US law firm with offices globally, and across the GCC. They are looking for a senior corporate associate to grow their offering in Dubai. The team is led by very well-regarded partners, and the work undertaken is of extremely high quality.
This role would be ideal for a senior associate looking to take a step up in the region, or to continue their career development on an international platform. This firm will offer an extremely competitive salary.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong academics - 2:1 or above;
- UK or common law qualification;
- Experience within a strong corporate practice;
- At least 5 years post qualification experience;
- Proven experience independently running M&A transactions.
