Commercial Real Estate Solicitor - Flexible/home and part - time working available

Flexible/home working available with part-time working also an option

An opportunity for a Solicitor/Legal Executive with at least 5 years PQE to join our clients' busy and well respected Commercial Real Estate team.

You will join a busy and highly regarded team dealing with all aspects of Commercial Real Estate including sales and purchases, investment, secured lending, development, options and conditional contracts and non-contentious landlord and tenant matters.

You will have strong experience in property development and the regeneration process, from site acquisition and site set up to disposals of residential property, commercial property and leisure units with the ability to oversee any related plot sales. You will be expected to deliver succinct, high quality advice with excellent client and team communication skills while managing your own caseload.

This is an extremely exciting opportunity to grow the teams sub development team and a clear progression path is available to the right candidate.

The role will also require you to play an active role in marketing and business development opportunities.
