Opportunity for an ambitious and highly committed Real Estate Solicitor 1-4 years PQE to join a quality practice in St Albans.

The role:

Opportunity for a Real Estate Solicitor 1-4 years PQE to join a leading commercial property practice operating out of St Albans.

You will be joining a highly experienced team of lawyers who work with lenders, owner-occupiers, investors and tenants on all aspects of commercial property. They also have expertise in Development, Investment and asset management work.

The work will be broad making for an interesting caseload; this will include acquisitions and disposals, investment, development and landlord and tenant.

They are also interested to hear from those with exposure to or interest in residential lease extension and other enfranchisement work.

The team cultivates close working relationships with their clients so that their support is embedded into the commercial real estate process.

Therefore, this position would suit an individual who likes to be hands on with clients to provide proactive support.


Requirements:

  • Real Estate Solicitor 1-4 years PQE
  • Highly meticulous, commercially focused and outcome orientated
  • Ambitious attitude with a strong working mentality
