About the role:
- Advising clients on data protection queries, international transfers of personal data, data protection by design and data protection impact assessments
- Supervision of associates on commercial contract drafting, data protection documentation and due diligence on IT, commercial and data protection
- Leading the risk analysis and negotiations on private sector technology licensing arrangements and government sector outsourcing
About you:
- 6+ Years PQE attained in a regional, national or international firm
- Technical skills in contract and data protection law
- Commercially minded lawyer with track record of business development client wins
- Previous supervisory experience of junior colleagues
