Global US law firm, which has one of Singapore’s leading M&A practices, seeks an ambitious M&A associate, with 3 to 5 years of PQE, to join its busy team. The successful candidate will work with an impressive blue chip client base on some of the region's most high profile M&A deals. You will have experience representing private equity funds and other sophisticated investors in a range of cross-border investment transactions. You will work within a supportive and well resourced team with several M&A partners who are known as being excellent mentors. Excellent training and strong career prospects on offer.
