Agricultural Property Solicitor – Exeter

Exciting opportunity for a Real Estate Solicitor to join this leading Agriculture & Rural Estates team.

You will be joining a leading UK, City-led practice at an exciting time as they continue to invest in and grow significantly their regional office in Exeter.  

This is a new vacancy just announced working on a rewarding and varied range of work, acting for farmers, landowners and local authorities. Examples of day to day work include :

• All property aspects of both registered and unregistered land, and freehold and leasehold matters
• Sales and acquisitions of often high value agricultural and rural property, both commercial and residential
• Specialist instructions including granting of rights over land and charging and refinancing work

This is likely to be an Associate level appointment to begin with and the firm has well-developed career frameworks in place which will allow this person to quickly progress up to Senior Associate and then to Partner.

You will have a proven track record dealing with Real Estate matters and perhaps an interest in Agricultural and Rural Property matters particularly. You will have excellent client care skills and plenty of ambition to forge a very successful and high profile career in these areas.

There is a very strong salary package on offer (the firm’s NQ rate for their Exeter office starts now at £60,000) as well as an extensive suite of extra benefits.
