The role:
Opportunity for a dedicated Commercial Property Solicitor 2+ years PQE to join an established team based in Bath.
You will deal with a varied caseload of commercial property matters including landlord and tenant acquisitions and disposals, relocations, funding, transfers of going concerns and residential and commercial developments.
The team cultivates close working relationships with their clients so that their support is embedded into all real estate processes. Therefore, this position would suit an individual who likes to be hands-on with clients to provide proactive support.
