The Role:
Due to expansion, the firm are looking to hire a Dispute Resolution Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE, for their Chelmsford office in Essex.
They are looking for a bright individual who shows tenacity and motivation in every aspect of their role, and the ability to manage their own varied and busy caseload
You will join a department recognised in the Legal 500 rankings, dealing with a varied caseload of matters including; contentious probate, debt recovery, boundary disputes and general commercial disputes, acting for both claimant and defendant clients.
Requirements:
- You will be a Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE, and experienced with contentious matters
- You will have some experience with both civil and commercial litigation
- You will have extensive technical knowledge with proven experience in business development
- You should be keen to engage in networking and industry events
- You will have strong interpersonal skills and be a team player
Salary & Benefits:
- The salary is negotiable and dependent on your level of experience
