The Role:

Due to expansion, the firm are looking to hire a Dispute Resolution Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE, for their Chelmsford office in Essex.

They are looking for a bright individual who shows tenacity and motivation in every aspect of their role, and the ability to manage their own varied and busy caseload

You will join a department recognised in the Legal 500 rankings, dealing with a varied caseload of matters including; contentious probate, debt recovery, boundary disputes and general commercial disputes, acting for both claimant and defendant clients.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE, and experienced with contentious matters
  • You will have some experience with both civil and commercial litigation
  • You will have extensive technical knowledge with proven experience in business development
  • You should be keen to engage in networking and industry events
  • You will have strong interpersonal skills and be a team player
