We are working closely with a highly-regarded global firm, looking for two Project Finance Lawyers to join their highly regarded team.
Our client is looking for a junior-mid level Lawyer to be based in Sydney and a mid-senior level Lawyer to be based in Melbourne.
Our client has had impressive growth in this team over the last couple of years, with high-profile Partner hires in the market. For the senior role, our client is now looking for an experienced Lawyer, who enjoys mentoring junior lawyers in the team.
The team works with consortiums, arrangers, financiers, borrowers and investors on projects, PPP infrastructure, as well as on acquisition and leveraged finance transactions.
Ambitious and personable individuals, who enjoy a high level of client contact and the opportunity for career progression will do well in this team.
Those of interest will likely have:
- Admitted as a Lawyer
- 3+ years of post-qualification experience
- Strong Project Finance or general Finance experience with an interest in focusing on Project Finance matters
- Experience obtained within a leading team
- An excellent academic record
