A leading legal tech service provider are seeking a Commercial Contracts Paralegal to join them on an initial 6 month FTC in Newcastle.

The Role:
A large project is being released in the new year and the successful Commercial Contracts Paralegal’s duties will include:
- Day-to-day commercial work including reviewing and drafting contracts including IMA.
- Case management.
- Document ensemble.
- Contract lifecycle management.
- Additional exposure and duties to business needs.
About You:
- Law degree or equivalent qualification.
- Previous Commercial Contracts or Corporate experience including handling documents.
- IMA (investment management agreements) experience would be great bonus.
- Need to be able to go into their Newcastle office at start of role which will transfer to remote working.
