Job Details
Our client is one of the most recognised international energy service businesses, and are one of the pre-eminent entities within the energy trading space. They are looking for a senior lawyer to join the team with a focus on the energy industry and especially within the Liquified Petroleum Gas sector (LPG) related to trading and shipping of physical and financial products.
As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will be based in our client's London office in the heart of central London. This is an incredibly exciting role, where successful candidates will be expected to work on a wide array of stimulating projects, where you will report to the Head Legal of Trading & Sales and provide expertise as a senior member of the legal function. Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiation of LPG commercial sale & purchase agreements, charterparties, as well as ancillary agreements, and reviewing financing and security documentation.
Applicants must have a UK legal qualification with at least 5 years' experience at an international law firm, or from an internationally recognised business within the energy sector (LPG) based in the UK.

Remuneration - £130,000 - £170,000 + bonus + benefits
