Intellectual Property Lawyer

LAW Absolute is currently working with a Top 50 international law forms whose market leading IP practice has an opportunity available for an experienced IP lawyer to join them on an initial FTC basis to cover maternity leave. The role is schedule to start at the end of February/ beginning of March.

The position would involve working on a range of diverse contentious and non-contentious Ip matters. This would include dealing with patents, trademark and copyright infringements as well as transactional and advisory work such as licences, trademark portfolio management and much more. The teamwork with a range of industries; in particular, energy, oil and gas, retail, manufacturing, fashion, leisure and hospitality as well as the construction industry. You will have exposure to a diverse range of work and be an integral member of the team.

Due to the nature of the role and the responsibilities involved, you will have at least 4 years PQE in transactional and contentious IP gained at a leading international, UK or Regional firm.
