Corporate Partner/Team - International firm - Singapore

Our client is a progressive and expanding international law firm and it is seeking a well-connected corporate lawyer for a partnership role in Singapore.

The firm is expanding its footprint in Asia and is looking to add senior lawyers with portable practices in its key practice areas. The firm is exceptionally well-known for corporate law across its other offices and is now seeking to replicate this success in Singapore. This will be almost a 'blank slate' and there will be plenty of scope for the incoming lawyer to build and develop the practice with a high degree of autonomy.

Suitable applicants will be established partners that are either with an international law firm in Singapore or from a good-quality local practice. A substantial portable book of M&A/Private Equity clients from Singapore and the Southeast Asian region will be required, and candidates will likely be internationally qualified (England & Wales qualification ideally, but also Australian, New Zealand or Hong Kong qualified lawyers would be welcome). The firm is open to a team move.
