Internal Commercial & Engagement Terms Lawyer/Manager-Tier 1 Firm

A Tier 1 firm is looking for a Commercial/Engagement Terms Lawyer to join their internal Risk & Compliance team. The successful candidate will take the lead on identifying and advising on key terms in client contracts, including the best way to maintain the information from both a business process and technical point of view. It will involve working closely with other global teams at the firm including Engagement Terms, Marketing and Business Development, IT, and Information Security. They will also help to support critical business processes that rely on that information. This role would suit a lawyer with at least 1.5 years of commercial experience with a good background in contract review, or a contracts manager with three to six years of contract review experience. In each case, experience in managing business change projects is required. Those with knowledge and exposure to both Commercial/Engagement terms AND Data Privacy are of particular interest.
