Job Details
The Firm:
Creating luxurious homes and high-end commercial properties across the country, recently moving into the Hotels business assisting on very exciting projects including multiple Hilton developments near Central London.
Your New Role:
The successful Commercial Property Paralegal will assist the General Counsel (who was previously Head of Property in a highly ranked Top 100 Law Firm). Primarily involving Property law but at times the role can be broad, with exposure to areas such as Employment, Franchising and Construction. With duties including:
- Handling cases dealing with numerous property transactions.
- Assisting in the general management of their property portfolio.
- Preparing for meetings and taking minutes.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts and licences.
- Liaising directly with clients and other parties.
- Assisting any additional administrational tasks.
- Legal research.
- Law degree or equivalent qualification essential.
- Ability to commute to their North Harrow office.
- Ability to work 5 days in office a week.
- Comfortable handling large workload under time constraints.
The successful Commercial Property Paralegal will be offered up to £30,000 per annum.
