The Role:

  • This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a Contentious Trusts & Probate Senior Associate to join the firm's offices in Leeds, with hybrid working in place
  • Earning Legal 500 accreditation, the Contentious Private Client team regularly handle all aspects of trusts & probate litigation for families and HNW individuals, with issues often complex in nature and high-value
  • To align with this, you will manage a diverse caseload, including Inheritance Act claims, ownership of assets disputes, proprietary estoppel claims, business property relief and spouse exemption
  • As a Senior Associate, you will also have the opportunity to get involved in business development and further shape the future strategy of the wider department
  • In return, you can expect to receive plenty of opportunities to progress within the team towards director and partner level

The Ideal Candidate:

  • An experienced Contentious Trusts & Probate Solicitor with 4 to 6 years PQE
  • Strong business development capabilities & an entrepreneurial flair
