The Role:

  • This is a highly progressive opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Associate to join the firm's offices in Leeds, with hybrid working in place
  • The leading Commercial Litigation department consists of a busy group of litigators who deal with a wide range of disputes on behalf of well-known public & private sector organisations, commonly situated within the healthcare industry
  • As such, you will have a diverse caseload, including contractual disputes, IP infringements, shareholder & partnership disputes, construction claims and public procurement challenges
  • As an Associate, you will also help to mentor the junior members of the team and get involved in business development
  • You can expect to receive a high level of support and significant investment in your professional development - you will be working alongside respected Lawyers, who will give you the platform to further expand your commercial litigation network

The Ideal Candidate:

  • An experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 4 to 6 years PQE
  • Strong business development capabilities & an entrepreneurial flair
