This market leading offshore and international law firm has two excellent opportunities for an Associate and Senior Associate to join their busy and thriving Corporate & Funds practice in Hong Kong. Within their collaborative team environment, you'll work alongside partners and colleagues on complex, big-ticket matters, while enjoying excellent levels of responsibility and client contact. This is an exciting and challenging role doing some of the best work for major global clients, many of whom are world leading financial institutions, corporates, public organisations, private equity houses and investments funds. As such, you could expect to be involved in a varied range of major cross-border transactional matters, which may include big-ticket corporate restructurings, private equity transactions, joint ventures and statutory mergers, alongside the launch and operation of major private equity, real estate and hedge funds. The roles offer excellent career prospects, with a clear, well-supported and proven track to partnership. Applicants should ideally be UK, Hong Kong or Commonwealth qualified lawyers, with high-level Corporate and/or Funds experience gained in an international law firm environment; Hong Kong or Asian market experience and Chinese language skills, while beneficial, are not prerequisite.
