Job Details
We are working closely with a leading global firm who are looking to add to their Corporate practices across their offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Australian qualified Lawyer OR those open to relocation to Australia.
The team are very collaborative and work on a wide variety of work from private M&A, ECM, PE and corporate governance. They are looking to add to their teams due to the high level of quality work they are receveing and their ambitious plan for growth.
The firm are known for their exceptional culture, training and development programe, encouraging Associates to work across all Partner so they are not siloed. Alongside working on high-profile transactions, the team also balances the hard work with a good social side.
The successful candidate is likely to have:
· Admission as a Lawyer in Australia, New Zealand OR overseas qualified and open to an AU move.
· 3+ PAE
· Experience gained in a leading practice
· A strong academic record
