Transactional Associate (0-3 PQE) – Offshore Firm, Singapore

Prominent offshore law firm seeks ambitious qualified lawyer to join their busy Singapore office to work on a diverse portfolio of transactional matters including corporate, banking, regulatory, funds and private wealth and trust matters for a wide range of clients with interests in the British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Anguilla and Bermuda.

Specific requirements include:

• Singapore or UK qualified with 1-3 years’ experience of transactional work (Paralegal on the ground in Singapore will also be considered)
• Proven ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
• Strong interest in / understanding of offshore legal markets
• Good communication & networking skills
