The BVI office of this major offshore firm is looking to recruit a UK qualified barrister (or solicitor with higher rights) for its market leading litigation practice. A large percentage of the team’s work is handling big ticket cross border insolvency litigation as well as complex general commercial cases, including professional negligence, contentious banking and finance matters, cross border fraud and asset tracing claims.
A very attractive offshore package is on offer and will be paid commensurate with experience. Income tax (paid by the employee) in the BVI is just 8%.
