This Top 50 firm is seeking a Corporate Solicitor 3+ years PQE to join their top-tier and award-winning corporate department based in Oxford.
Being the product of a recent merger with another international practice, they possess the financial firepower to grant them access to an enviable client base consisting of many blue-chip companies as well as FTSE 200 corporations.
The Firm
This legal 500 firm, has established itself as a leading UK and international law firm operating across a plethora of tier 1 departments.
They are headquartered in London however operate globally and have an established presence in many cities including Reading, Piraeus, Paris, Madrid, Singapore, Sao Paulo, and many more. Staff who work here become part of a widely respected network in which you will be able to provide counsel to clients across the globe.
Being the product of a recent high-profile merger with another international firm, they have the means and ability to grant fee earners to a highly enviable client base. The bulk of their work is done with 'Super brand' household names. Key clients include Investment Banks, Medical Suppliers, Leading Universities, and major Insurance Companies.
Despite this firm being corporate in size, they are known to promote working cultures and values often associated with firms much smaller by promoting a supportive collegiate working community.

The Role
- You will have experience across a broad range of corporate transactional work encompassing M&A, financial fundraising and investment and general governance issue.
- Much of the work will be multi-jurisdictional in nature, and you will benefit from the cohesive international network that exists when delivering international projects.
- You will also maintain strong links with specialists in other departments of the firm who deal with areas such as tax, employment, real estate and banking for example, in order to deliver comprehensive advice to clients
Requirement
- Corporate Solicitor 3+ years PQE with experience in a leading corporate department
- Highly meticulous, commercially focused and outcome orientated
- Track record in business development & marketing of a department's projects
