Funds/Asset Management Lawyer - £110,000-150,000 - 1-3 PQE:
MLA is searching for a Funds/Asset Management Lawyer for a premier asset management and financial advisory firm.
This role relates to the management and oversight of the firm's UCITS funds, as well as the negotiation of investment and funds distribution agreements, as well as other duties required of legal counsel at a first-rate asset management firm.
A Successful Candidate Will:
- Preferably have experience of UCITS & other private funds; Have knowledge of IMAs and discretionary asset management; Have a strong private practice background
Remuneration:
Remuneration for this role ranges, but has a upper limit of £150,000.
Work Flexibility:
This role carries hybrid flexibility.
