FS REGULATORY PARTNER | CAYMAN ISLANDS | US$420,000 - US$470,000 PACKAGE | TAX-FREE

The Cayman Islands office of this global offshore firm are currently looking to hire a senior FS Regulatory lawyer at Partner level. The work will include advising clients on the full spectrum of Cayman regulatory matters including but not limited to: sanctions and financial crime; regulatory law pertaining to trusts, insurance and banking; AML; data protection; the beneficial ownership regime; economic substance; securities investment business; the AEOI regime; VASP; and forecasting future Cayman regulatory developments as they pertain to the firm and its clients (EU AIFMD changes, international banking regulations, BEPS, blacklists etc).

Candidates will need to be admitted in either the UK, Australia or New Zealand and have gained at least 10 years' experience of high quality FS Regulatory work at a top-flight international firm. Applications from exceptional quality candidates who are currently working at Counsel level will be entertained.
