Insolvency (3-8yrs PQE) – Relocate to the BVI in 2023

Exceptional offshore disputes practice is keen to hear from talented England & Wales qualified litigators (Barristers or Solicitors), ideally with strong insolvency experience for its expanding BVI practice. 

Academically strong and England & Wales qualified, with a highly developed technical skill set and the ability to communicate effectively, applicants will hail from a top tier onshore/offshore law firm or recognised commercial / chancery chambers. 

The work on offer spans complex high-value corporate and commercial disputes, which are frequently multi-jurisdictional in nature, plus access to financial services and investment funds litigation, civil fraud & asset tracing, enforcement matters, trusts litigation, and plenty of insolvency & restructuring work.

The team is small and punchy and presents the successful applicant plenty of responsibility and autonomy within what is a very collegiate firm that invests heavily in its people and their development.
