Commercial Litigation & Insolvency - Cayman Islands (4+ PQE)

Tier 1 Cayman disputes practice urgently seeks high calibre litigators with a strong grounding in commercial litigation and insolvency. 

The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in a qualifying Commonwealth jurisdiction (E&W / AUS / NZ) and have experience in litigating across a broad spectrum of commercial cases relating to investment funds, contractual disputes, contentious trusts, insolvency and insurance. Either a solicitor or barrister, it is important that applicants are both technically strong and resourceful, able to think on their feet and take on responsibility for multiple files, comfortable day one dealing directly with clients and onshore counsel. The environment is very supportive with a collegiate ethos underpinned by a stable and close knit team that goes from strength to strength. Senior lawyers within the group are both approachable and hands on, ensuring that their juniors receive the attention and guidance they require to progress.
