As a solicitor in this team, you will enjoy a varied range of high-quality work advising clients in relation to the making of Court of Protection applications, Deputyship and Trustee Act Applications, day to day management of Deputyship files, disputes over financial issues, welfare and preparing Statutory Will and Statutory Gift applications, amongst other key responsibilities. In addition to the work, the firm are very progressive and offer real work flexibility, considering fully remote for experienced solicitors. They are a commercial-minded firm and have great success in recruiting top individuals from London, due to their quality of work and work/life balance.
