Our client is a highly regarded global full-service law firm, ranked as a Tier 1 firm across numerous practice areas, their Guildford office has a very strong reputation and act on truly standout matters.

Their construction and projects team are no different. You can expect a broad workload, including providing transactional advice through to dispute avoidance/resolution advice relating to large-scale construction and engineering projects, both in the UK and internationally. The firm has an enviable range of clients, and you will act on behalf of real estate developers, property investment companies, contractors, sub-contractors and major engineering consultancies. The team are also expanding into the renewables sector. You will be expected to work with minimum observation, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. In return, you can expect to work on some of the most rewarding and multi-faceted construction work available in the regions.
