Our client is a Legal 500 and 2022 Chambers ranked firm based in Kent. The firm is looking to recruit an assured, client-facing private client senior/partner to work within their Southeast leading Private Client team. Focusing on a broad range of responsibilities including Estate Planning, Court of Protection and Probate matters, this presents an excellent opportunity to inherit an established group of HNW clients and focus on continuing to develop and nurture these existing relationships, whilst developing new opportunities in the Surrey region, providing expert advice and support.

Experience in advising clients with complex needs is essential, as is the ability to build long-standing relationships. Any demonstratable knowledge of niche experience in Private Client law is highly desirable, alongside any STEP or CIOT membership. This role is ideal for experienced Private Client solicitors, who are seeking work of high quality within an award-winning team but desires a more flexible working environment, and the opportunity to grow their own client base. Or a well-regarded individual who is seeking more rewarding and high-profile work, whilst also being provided the autonomy to work in your own way but with the support of a leading team.
