Job Details
Title: Corporate Solicitor
Level: 4+ PQE
Location: Southampton
Salary: £55,000 + DOE
Our client is a National law firm with excellent legal directory rankings across the board, including for their corporate work. As a solicitor in this innovative and large team you will be handling complex corporate matters and assisting in the firm's client development efforts. The workload is mainly M&A and joint ventures (typically with a cross-border element) within a broad range of sectors including energy, oil and gas, financial services, professional practices, life sciences, technology, media and telecoms.
An opportunity has now arisen for a corporate solicitor with at least 1 years of qualified experience with particular exposure to:
- Restructurings
- Financings
- Private equity
- General corporate/commercial transactions
- Corporate governance issues.
