The Role:
You will join the firm's Newcastle office at an exciting time for the Real Estate team and the firm.
The Real Estate team works with an impressive client base across sectors such as retail, sports, tech and telecoms. You will be working on landmark North East and national transactions, with a high level of responsibility and client contact from an early stage in your career.
Work across the team includes premium transactions including acquisitions & disposals, developments and asset management - the opportunity moulds around the individual, with the flexibility to specialise in areas and sectors of interest, allowing you to develop your market profile and expertise.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious Real Estate Associate to join a leading Commercial Property team in Liverpool. You will receive a highly competitive remuneration package, clear progression prospects, and an enviable work/life balance.
Requirements:
- As a guide, this role would suit a Commercial Property Lawyer between 2 - 5 years PQE
- Experience across one or more of the following: acquisitions & disposals, development, asset management
