The Role:
You will join one of the UK's pre-eminent Real Estate teams in the firm's Newcastle office.
The Real Estate team has broad capabilities in premium Real Estate transactions, including acquisitions & disposals and developments across key sectors such as energy, tech and healthcare. At this level, the opportunity moulds around the individual, with the flexibility to specialise and develop a niche and market profile within specific sectors.
You will work side by side with partners, supporting the bright and ambitious junior lawyers, while receiving significant investment in your career path. You can expect a transparent progression path that moulds around your interests & aspirations.

Requirements:
- As a guide, this role would suit a Real Estate Lawyer between 3 - 7 years PQE
- Experience gained at a respected city or large regional law firm
- Have had exposure to a broad range of property work, including acquisitions, disposals, developments
- Prior experience of maintaining client relationships and supporting junior lawyers
