Salary: £55,000 + DOE

Highly rated in the directories, this Reading based firm is known for its friendly and collegiate approach. Our client now seeks a commercial property solicitor to join their busy and growing Real Estate Team in their city centre office. The work will be varied and will include:

- Landlord & tenant

- Development (including planning & environment)

- Property finance

- agricultural / rural estates work

You need not have experience of all these areas and your role will be tailored according to your skills and interests. You will have good communication and organisational skills, strong academics and, ideally, come from a background with a firm that has a strong property practice. You will be able to manage your own caseload and be able to evidence a confident and commercial approach to providing legal advice.
