This Top 100 firm is seeking an Insolvency Solicitor with 5+ years PQE to join their award-winning corporate department based in Reading.

This firm is highly ranked across multiple practice areas in the Legal 500 and Chambers and has grown extensively to have access to a global network, making their work vary from regional, national and international clients.

The firm has a very supportive atmosphere, and you will often see Partners and Paralegals sitting side-by-side. By aiding development from the onset, they have built a very commercially savvy team that rivals that of City firms.

The Role:

  • You will undertake work across a wide variety of both contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters acting for practitioners, lenders and financial institutions, companies, directors, creditors and stakeholders. You will also frequently have the chance to operate internationally dealing with cross border insolvency and COMI issues.
  • This role is designed for someone to come into the team and work alongside, as well as help with the management of fee earners including 5+ partners. This provides an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their career further within a friendly collegiate team that is widely recognised for its expertise in the insolvency area.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • You will be a Corporate Restructuring/insolvency candidate 5+ years PQE.
  • A commercial approach to research and evaluate relevance and accuracy in the delivery of advice.
