The role and Employment practice:
Opportunity for a soon to be, or Employment Solicitor 2+ years PQE who already has a proven track record to join an industry-leading team in Oxford.
· Not only is this practice one of the UK's largest and most prestigious, but the team also has a global reach with strong connections with companies in the Asia Pacific, Europe and the US
· The work will be a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work with a high level of exposure to a range of clients to help you progress
· You can also get involved with other employment services offered by the team which include legal resourcing, consultancy, training for in-house organisations
The ideal candidate:
· Approaching qualification, or an Employment Solicitor 2+ years PQE
· Comprehensive experience within a well-established employment team that you can draw on
· Advanced communication skills and an entrepreneurial flair
