Serious Injury Solicitor

We have a great new instruction for an ambitious PI Fee Earner/ Solicitor to join a long standing leading defendant firm in Liverpool city centre.

THE TEAM
- The team is headed up by a recognised Partner in the field.
- Their Serious and Catastrophic Injury department deals with various injury matters including brain injury, spinal injury, amputation and fatal cases.

Key Responsibilities
· Supporting the fee earners on day to day file management
· Liaising with third parties, Counsel, Medical experts
· Preparing court bundles
· Drafting letters of instruction, requests, Instructions to Counsel
· Preparing briefing notes, action plans, file notes and attendance notes
· Reviewing reports and statements and other relevant documents

What you need:
Experience assisting on multi track or catastrophic injury work. The team are happy to consider both claimant and defendant experience.
