**US FIRM** Restructuring and Insolvency Associate 4+PQE

An anglicised US firm with an established London office are looking to continue the growth of their Restructuring and Insolvency team in the City with the hire of a 4+PQE associate. The firm can offer an excellent remuneration package, the chance to join a small, close-knit team with a large degree of Partner and client contact and a more agreeable work/life balance than most US firms.

The firm are looking for a UK qualified lawyer ideally with experience in both contentious and non-contentious work. The work in the team is complex and will enable the successful candidate to work independently on these matters and assist the firm's highly regarded Partners on more complex matters. The successful candidate will advise on both restructurings and transactional matters as well as insolvency litigation, liquidations and bankruptcy, undertaking a broad workload from the outset and the opportunity to progress their career long-term.

The firm are looking for an individual with a minimum of four years of post-qualification experience, ideally in London but would be open to considering those with post-qualification experience at a leading regional firm. A strong academic record is a prerequisite to be considered.
