Job Details

Our client is looking to add a Commercial Solicitor for a 12-month fixed term contract starting in January 2023. This position would be best suited to a Commercial Solicitor with a proven track record gained in a reputable law firm or in-house legal team.

Remote Working Opportunity - The head office is currently in Central London, but they would consider candidates from all regions of the UK. Some of the team work in the office a couple of days a week, others work exclusively from home. The company want people to be able to work in the best environment for them.

The right candidate must be able and comfortable, advising and assisting the business, working closely with senior executives within the business and stakeholders internationally.

The successful candidate will:
  • Have proven experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements including MSAs
  • Negotiate technology transactions under Head of Legal’s supervision
  • Advise and support the Company on other corporate / company legal matters
  • Be a UK qualified solicitor with at least 1 years’ post qualified experience
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a commercial / business outlook to your work
Our client envisages that candidates with between 1 – 6 years PQE will have the relevant skills / knowledge for this position, however this has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this PQE range but who have the relevant experience.
