In-house Senior Counsel

Sacco Mann is working with a financial services heavyweight which is embarking on an exciting period of growth and transformation, with hugely ambitious plans which are guided by their strong foundations and financial security. They have an integral In-house legal team which they are looking to expand and as such are interested in talking to qualified solicitors who have a genuine interest in the sector.

You'll be a key player within the team, taking a leading role and provide legal support to the Group' strategic projects and appropriately influence senior stakeholders where required. It's a hands-on role and, leading by example you'll review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts with the third party suppliers, support the Data Protection Office by monitoring compliance with GDPR and the data protection policies, standards and guidelines, as well as reviewing and drafting mortgage and savings documentation and marketing literature.
