Job Details
Fantastic opportunity for a Litigation Paralegal.
Our client is a well-regarded Legal 500 London Law firm with a speciality in litigation and an excellent reputation.
The role will be within the Commercial Litigation Department but will also have exposure to the Property Litigation and Leasehold Enfranchisement Departments.
Responsibilities will include:
- Drafting and proofreading, including compiling attendance notes, taking notes at court, proofreading documents, letter writing, preparation of submissions to court
- Carrying out Land Registry and Company searches
- Preparing litigation bundles and managing case files
- Legal research
- Liaising with clients
- Costs and Debt recovery
- Court filings (including electronic filing) and attendance at Court/counsel's chambers on administrative matters
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months experience as a Litigation Paralegal with excellent organisations skills and ability to work in a high demanding environment.
This role is paying a competitive market rate.
