THE ROLE:
If you are an accomplished business developer with an established portfolio of clients then this could be the perfect opening for you! Your career aspirations constantly been thwarted? Due to the continued success of this leading national law firm they have now decided to extend their Commercial Property offerings within the Birmingham market through the additional hire of an experienced Commercial Property Partner. As the chosen Commercial Property Partner you will play a key role in the exciting growth phase that this firm is experiencing at the moment. Already working on behalf of a number of high profile clients who are household names, the appointed Commercial Property Partner will be able to further develop the commercial property offerings together with managing your own caseload of real estate transactions.

THE CANDIDATE:
As the appointed Commercial Property Partner you will be able to demonstrate an excellent track record to date and will be highly experienced in all areas of Commercial Property law but may well be feeling frustrated by your current firm's direction. You will ideally be a Partner and will have developed a depth of knowledge in all areas including ideally development and investment, regeneration work and general commercial property matters. You will have developed a strong network of contacts (that will be only too pleased to instruct you on future matters) and will be a strong and motivational leader. Applications are also sought from Senior Commercial Property Associates who are frustrated at the lack of progression within their current firm and are looking for the next step on the career ladder. You MUST have a following for this role.
