Job Details
The team:
The firm’s Immigration department acts for both individuals and businesses in the UK and overseas. The team are highly experienced and provide advice on all aspects of UK Immigration and Nationality law.
The role:
The successful Immigration Paralegal can look forward to supporting the Immigration Partners on a combination of both corporate and private immigration matters. Duties will include:
- Managing your own caseload
- Reviewing immigration policies and guidance
- Completing and reviewing immigration applications such as Skilled Worker, Temporary Worker, Married and Unmarried Partner applications and British Citizenship applications
- Preparing immigration appeals
- Conducting research
About you:
- Law degree or equivalent qualification essential, LPC desirable
- Previous immigration experience of at least a year
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Can balance multiple assignments, shifting priorities and competing deadlines
