Restructuring (3-6yrs PQE) – Elite US Firm, Singapore

Regarded as having one of the leading transactional practices in Asia, the Singapore office of this elite US firm is looking to add an exceptional associate to join their Tier 1 Restructuring and Insolvency practice. The work offered will see the successful applicant advising creditors, debtors and strategic investors on a range of transactions including restructurings and workouts, enforcement and insolvency proceedings, distressed debt investing, special situation financing and insolvency-related litigation. 

Candidates will need to possess a superb academic pedigree and have between 3-6 years of post-qualification experience gained within the restructuring team at a top tier international law firm. In addition you will need to be resilient and dynamic with strong interpersonal skills, able to adapt quickly to the team culture, while working closely with the groups lead partner - a pre-eminent restructuring practitioner and excellent mentor. The ability to speak Bahasa Indonesia is favourable but not essential. 

The firm offers top end New York rates + bonus. Relocation will be offered.
