TRANSACTIONAL LAWYER | SINGAPORE | 1 - 3 PQE |

The Singapore office of this major global offshore firm continues to go from strength to strength and is now looking to hire an additional junior transactional lawyer. The role will involve a diverse portfolio of transactional matters including corporate, banking, regulatory, funds and private wealth and trust matters, acting for clients with interests in the British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Anguilla and Bermuda. You will need to be a Singapore or UK qualified associate with 1 - 3 years’ post-qualification experience of transactional work, gained at either a major onshore or offshore law firm.

With over a decade's experience of the offshore market behind him, he has forged strong relationships with managing partners, heads of department and senior HR personnel at all the major offshore firms.
