You will benefit from exposure to high profile clients and you can choose to direct your work towards contentious or non-contentious construction. Candidates who wish to join the disputes team, will be working alongside a number of top ranked construction disputes lawyers on various complex claims and we will be given the support needed to grow and develop your practice. If you prefer transactional work, our clients construction transaction team includes a number of senior and junior lawyers across England who work on many stand out projects across the UK.
Ideal candidates will be talented construction lawyers at all levels. If you are applying for a more senior role you will be given the autonomy to lead on client work and supervise junior members of the team. If you are applying for one of the more junior roles, you will receive support, training and development opportunities so you can build on your experience.
You should be skilled in building relationships with existing clients and potential clients, have excellent team working skills, and be enthusiastic and flexible in your approach.
